The Publisher (hereinafter referred to as "The Customer") accepts that only the channels/ formats and other data services which are displayed in the Free Listings pages of TiVo's web site are available free of charge and that any additional channels/formats/data services and/or authorised uses are chargeable by TiVo subject to a separate commercial agreement. All usage of TiVO data and services, whether offered for free or on a commercial basis, are subject to TiVo's General Terms and Conditions. All registrations for the Free Listings service are at the discretion of and are subject to verification by TiVo. The Customer expressly agrees not to use, execute, publish, reproduce, reformat, broadcast, transmit, display, perform, electronically store, and distribute internally and externally the Listings and Data for any purpose other than the Publication/EPG defined above. The Customer confirms by acceptance of TiVo's General Terms and Conditions that the Customer is a printed or electronic publication publishing TV listings (the "authorised use") and confirms that the registration information submitted above is correct and complete and names all the publications that will be publishing the listings the Customer obtained from this service.
